I experimented with the Aperture Settings on the camera in order to gain more experience and an understanding of the effect, as I had recently heard of it, but I had never practiced it to a high standard for myself. As you can see, the images on the Left side of the screen are less in focus when compared to the images on the Right. The lower the Aperture number, the less in focus the overall image is, and the higher the Aperture number , the more in focus the overall image is. After this experiment, I have decided that I am more so going to be using a higher Aperture setting due to the better quality of the images I collected. However, I could use a lower Aperture for when I would like a specific part of the image to be more in focus compared to another part, for example, if I were to take an image of a Flower, I could use a lower Aperture to enable the Flower to stand out compared to the background.
